By registering for an event through Party Planner Pro (a product of AI IMPLIFIED LLC), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep it up to date so AI IMPLIFIED LLC and the event organizer can reach you about your reservation.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from AI IMPLIFIED LLC regarding your event registration, RSVP status, reminders, check-in information, schedule updates, parking information, announcements, and emergency notifications.

• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

AI IMPLIFIED LLC does not send marketing messages through Party Planner Pro unless separate consent is collected. SMS consent is never shared with third parties for marketing.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false information, uploading content you do not have rights to, or interfering with the platform's operation or other guests' use.

Your use of Party Planner Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how AI IMPLIFIED LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.

You may cancel or update your RSVP at any time through the event organizer or by using the RSVP lookup tools provided in Party Planner Pro. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.

AI IMPLIFIED LLC provides Party Planner Pro on an "as is" basis and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at an event.
